Cancellation Policy
● If the booking is canceled 3 days prior to the booking start time you will receive a 100% refund. ● If the booking is canceled less than 3 days before the booking start time, you will receive a 50% refund for the first 7 days of the booking, and 100% refund for any days after that. ● If the booking is canceled during your pets visit you will receive a 50% refund for only the remaining days of the booking.
