That’s why we offer a free consultation to ensure that your pet’s stay is as comfortable as possible. During the meet and greet, we’ll get to know your pet’s personality, likes, and dislikes so that we can offer personalized care. Rest assured that your pet will be in good hands with us at Mad Pawz Pet Boarding.
Cancellation Policy
● If the booking is canceled 3 days prior to the booking start time you will receive a 100% refund. ● If the booking is canceled less than 3 days before the booking start time, you will receive a 50% refund for the first 7 days of the booking, and 100% refund for any days after that. ● If the booking is canceled during your pets visit you will receive a 50% refund for only the remaining days of the booking.
